I've always enjoyed studying, and 'love of learning' is one of my top five VIA Character Strengths (along with creativity, curiosity, perspective and kindness.)
Whether I'm expanding my knowledge, developing my writing craft or updating my tech skills, you'll often find me watching tutorials and making notes instead of bingeing box sets on Netflix (tho I love those too!)
Words have always been at the heart of what I do, but over the years I've blended my love of language with my passion for creativity, psychology and human development, and hold the following qualifications:
• PgDip Professional Writing, Falmouth University
• Creative Arts Therapies Practitioner (Dip HICAT, MBEd)
• Award in Education & Training Level 3
• Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner
• Certified Ikigai and Life Purpose Coach
• The Science of Health & Happiness, RCSI
There is no greater agony than dying with an untold story inside you.

For non-fiction, memoir, blogging and micro-publishing
Great writing doesn't always have to take a traditional path or end up between the covers of a book.
Digital publishing on platforms like Substack, Medium, Patreon and even microblogging on social media are alternative ways to share your message and build an audience.
If you're a woman who wants to tell your story, amplify your message, expand your impact or raise awareness for a cause, coaching can help you find your voice in a noisy world and support you through the process of defining your message and audience.
For fiction, creative non-fiction and memoir
Every writer has days when they doubt themselves and want to quit, but don't give up on your dream!
Whether you're planning to find an agent and go the traditional publishing route or want to self-publish as an indie author, it takes stamina to keep going during the writing process and to hold your nerve when sending your work out into the world.
Coaching can help support you through the emotional ups and downs of life as a writer, maintain your inspiration and cheer you on to make that final push towards publication.
Now you've finished the writing, it's time to find your readers!
Even a traditionally published new author is expected to help promote their book, and for self-published indie authors all the marketing is down to you.
Finding your readers, building an audience and generating sales is all part of the job of being a writer, and can feel overwhelming when you first start out.
Coaching can support you to raise your visibility, define your audience and create a strategy to reach them.
